Indogulf Cropsciences reported Q1 FY27 revenue of 168.5 Cr, an 11% YoY dip, with PAT at 2.4 Cr, down 38% YoY. Despite the quarterly dip, FY26 saw robust growth: revenue climbed 19% to 704.6 Cr and PAT grew 27% to 40.0 Cr. Crop Protection remains dominant, contributing 87% to revenue, while B2C channels drive 47% of sales.

The company is evolving into an integrated agri-solutions platform, focusing on comprehensive offerings. Key strategies include deepening farmer engagement through advisory-led approaches and expanding reach via its multi-brand AGPL platform. It aims to lead the shift to eco-friendly biological crop solutions.

In FY26, the company expanded its global footprint, executing first fertilizer shipments to Venezuela and exporting specialty chemicals to Taiwan, alongside strengthening its manufacturing capabilities with planned expansion at the Barwasni facility.

Q1 FY27 gross profit margin improved to 28.0% (from 22.0% YoY) and EBITDA margin to 5.7% (from 5.2% YoY), indicating efficiency despite lower sales.

Management is focused on increasing high-margin product contributions, accelerating global expansion, and driving innovation for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
