Hemadri Cements Ltd — Important, 14-08-2026: Company Update

Hemadri Cements, currently in voluntary liquidation since July 2025, has released its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company reported a net loss of (0.60) Cr, with total income at 2.71 Cr. These results are prepared on a liquidation basis, not as a going concern, following the suspension of its shares from trading in November 2025. The liquidator completed creditor distributions in February 2026 and began interim distribution to equity shareholders at face value (Rs. 10/- per share) in July 2026, while also e-auctioning remaining assets.
