Shri Keshav Cements and Infra's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vilas Katwa as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective from May 27, 2027. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Katwa, an MBA with broad expertise in cement manufacturing, IT, and production, is instrumental in driving operational improvements, enhancing production, and reducing costs. His continued leadership aims to sustain these strategic initiatives. He currently holds 21,64,800 equity shares and is the brother of Chairman Venkatesh Katwa.
