Simplex Castings' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showing revenue from operations of 60.95 Cr and a profit of 6.86 Cr. Mr. Chandra Shekhar Sahu has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The 46th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026. M/s M D N & Associates will be appointed as the new Statutory Auditor, subject to shareholder approval. Importantly, the 21.00 Cr raised through a preferential issue for working capital has been fully utilized as intended, with no deviation.
