Ahmedabad Steelcraft's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company announced the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, M/s SJV & Associates, and appointed M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved two significant omnibus material related party transactions for Financial Year 2026-27. One is with ABI Energy Solutions Limited for up to Rs 100 Crore, and the other with ABI Infratech Private Limited for up to Rs 25 Crore, both following Audit Committee input and subject to shareholder approval.
