Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Ltd — Important, 14-08-2026: Company Update

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals' Board has proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kumar Agrawal and Mr. Ramesh Chandra Goyal as Whole-time Directors for three-year terms starting January 1, 2027, and June 28, 2027, respectively. The Board also proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Yashwant Jain Nandecha and Mr. Sandeep Agrawal as Independent Directors for second five-year terms commencing July 7, 2027. These changes require shareholder approval at the 40th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mrs. Arpita Garg, an Independent Director, has resigned from her position due to personal and professional commitments, effective August 14, 2026.
