Modi Rubber reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue from operations of `₹7.81 Cr`, up `10.08%` YoY. This growth was driven by improved performance in both real estate and travel services segments. Net profit after tax, however, saw a `13%` decline to `₹4.25 Cr` from `₹4.88 Cr` in the prior year, with Basic EPS at `₹1.70` versus `₹1.95`. While operational revenue segments showed growth, a notable `20.8%` drop in the share of profit from joint ventures and associates impacted overall profitability. Employee benefits and finance costs also increased. The results reflect mixed financial momentum.
