Semac Construction Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Semac Construction's board has approved Q1 financial results: consolidated revenue at Rs 30.42 Cr & profit at Rs 0.40 Cr. EPS Rs 1.29. The 49th AGM will be held on Sept 25. Harivansh Dalmia was also re-appointed Whole Time Director for 5 years, pending shareholder approval.
