    Mangal Credit's board withdrew a ₹20 Cr NCD fundraising plan. It now aims to raise ₹35 Cr via private placement, issuing 3,500 secured, listed NCDs. These new NCDs will offer 11.50% p.a. interest, paid monthly, for 23 months. A clear funding pivot.
