Emmbi Industries approved its Q1 consolidated financial results: net sales hit Rs 115.96 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 2.28 Cr. The board also appointed Mr. Anuj Choksey as an Independent Director, and Ms. Maithili Appalwar & Mr. Yash Punjabi as Executive Directors.
