Silkflex Polymers' board has scheduled its 10th AGM for Sep 12, 2026, and adopted the FY25-26 Annual Report. They approved Mr. Atanu Bhuniya's re-appointment proposal and appointed Mr. Krishan Kumar Jaisansariya as an Independent Director. New Internal and Secretarial Auditors were also appointed.
