Puravankara had a strong Q1 FY27. Total revenue jumped 63% YoY to ₹877 Cr, and the company posted a profit of ₹25 Cr, a significant turnaround from a ₹69 Cr loss last year. Customer collections rose 40% YoY to ₹1,199 Cr. Sales value increased 28% to ₹1,439 Cr on a 9% rise in volume to 1.36 msft, with average realization up 18%. Growth was robust across South (+23%) and West & Commercial (+44%) segments.
The company is strategically expanding, having acquired four land parcels in Bengaluru with a gross development value of ₹5,200 Cr in Q1. They also completed 1.72 msft across projects in Pune, Mumbai, and Goa, showcasing strong execution.
Looking ahead, Puravankara sees a substantial ₹19,831 Cr estimated surplus potential over the next 3-5 years, which adequately covers all debt obligations. A significant 3.20 msft (2,777 units) of completed inventory is pending recognition, providing a strong tailwind for FY27 revenue. Net debt stands at ₹2,836 Cr. Management anticipates continued strong monetization from its launch pipeline and unsold inventory.
