RHI Magnesita India's board has approved a change in statutory auditors. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP resigned to align with the ultimate holding company's auditor. B S R & Co. LLP has been appointed to fill the vacancy and is proposed for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.
