Reliable Ventures India Ltd — Important, 14-08-2026: Company Update

Reliable Ventures India's board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting a total income of 1.10 Cr, profit before tax of 0.05 Cr, and net profit of 0.05 Cr. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Shiv Singh Raghuwanshi and appointed Mrs. Sharvari Swapnil Shinde as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Additionally, Ms. Sandari Sandhya Rani was appointed as Internal Auditor for the financial year, and M/s. Aakanksha Dubey & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years. The 34th Annual General Meeting notice and Directors' Report were also approved.
