Voltas also announced a 50:50 joint venture with Atomberg for local high-efficiency AC compressor manufacturing, enhancing supply security. The Projects business secured a carry-forward order book of over ₹6,345 Cr, while ₹433 Cr in bank guarantees were cancelled from international projects.

Management aims to extend RAC leadership and grow Voltbek through innovation and premiumization. The company prioritizes profitable growth, market share gains, and efficiency across its diversified portfolio, navigating geopolitical uncertainties.
