    Indian Card Clothing Board approved Q1FY27 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹9.78 Cr, Net Profit at ₹4.56 Cr. It also approved investing £250,000 in UK subsidiary Garnett Wire Ltd. to boost global business. CFO Sanjeevkumar Karkamkar resigned, effective Sep 1, 2026, but remains as a Non-Executive Director.
