Indian Card Clothing Company Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management - we would like to inform you that Mr. Sanjeevkumar Karkamkar, Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) [Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel ( KMP )] of theCompany, has resigned from the position of Executive Director & CFO effective from September1, 2026. Mr. Sanjeevkumar Karkamkar shall continue to be the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
