TMT (India) Limited's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Following a change in company control, the board underwent a significant leadership overhaul. Mitesh Kothari was appointed Chairman & Managing Director, along with two new Executive Directors and three new Independent Directors. Concurrently, four existing directors, including the previous Managing Director, resigned due to the change in control and management.
