SOBHAGYA MERCANTILE LTD.'s Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The company confirmed no deviation in utilizing funds from its preferential issue of convertible warrants. Out of 87.75 Cr raised, 21.94 Cr has been utilized, with 18.94 Cr for promoter group SPVs and 3.00 Cr for general corporate purposes. The Board also appointed Mrs. Aarti Shrikant Bhangdiya, wife of the Managing Director, as an additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, pending shareholder approval. The draft notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting was also approved.
