Bharatam Ventures approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, reporting a standalone profit of ₹0.08 Cr and a consolidated loss of ₹6.02 Cr, primarily due to the ₹1.80 Cr acquisition of Penganga Sahkar Karkhana, now a subsidiary. The company plans a significant capital increase from ₹0.50 Cr to ₹40.50 Cr, facilitating a ₹40 Cr preferential issue of 4 crore convertible warrants. New directors, Mr. Ketan Kataria and Mr. Pravin Thigale, were appointed. Strategically, the main business object will expand to agricultural and agro-based commodities, and the registered office is moving to Pune. These proposals will be voted on at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
