The company reported strong FY26 performance, with total income rising to 228.28 Cr and EBITDA to 61.05 Cr. Net profit surged to 279.86 Cr, boosted by an exceptional gain from the Thane land sale, which generated approximately 280 Cr gross proceeds. A total dividend of Rs. 100 per share (1000%) was proposed, including a special dividend from the land sale. Operations saw robust demand from petrochemical and reformer sectors, new alloy development, and international expansion. A capital outlay of 121 Cr is approved for capacity strengthening.
