    ABFRL's subsidiary increased its stake in Pratyaya E-Commerce from 87.57% to 93.79%, acquiring an additional 6.21% for cash. Pratyaya, in fashion apparel, reported FY26 turnover of Rs. 203.01 Cr, deepening ABFRL's control in this growing digital venture.
