    AVG Logistics' Board approved Q1 results: Consolidated Revenue at ₹122.48 Cr, PAT ₹6.46 Cr. A final dividend of ₹1.20/share was proposed. They also boosted authorized capital to ₹25 Cr and approved a new ESOP scheme with 9.5 lakh options.
