AVG Logistics board approved Q1 consolidated financial results: PAT of Rs 6.46 Cr on revenue of Rs 122.48 Cr. They also proposed a Rs 1.20/share final dividend, increased authorized capital to Rs 25 Cr, and appointed Mr. Sumit Garg as Whole-Time Director.
