AVG Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

AVG Logistics board approved Q1 consolidated results: Revenue at Rs 122.48 Cr, Profit at Rs 6.46 Cr. They sanctioned a final dividend of Re 1.2/share. Also, authorized share capital increased to Rs 25 Cr and an ESOP scheme for 9.5 lakh shares was approved. A new Whole-Time Director was appointed.
