Lemon Tree Hotels reported strong Q1 FY27 results: Revenue up 9% to Rs 346.8 Cr, PAT up 19% to Rs 57.3 Cr. Occupancy hit 75.7% (up 314 bps), though average room rate grew moderately at 2% due to a tactical retail strategy in a softer corporate demand quarter. Management expects Q2 to show better balance with improving ARRs. Renovation of Keys portfolio is two-thirds complete, targeting Rs 60 Cr EBITDA from Keys. The company plans to open 2,000 rooms in FY27. Fleur (post-demerger) aims for 15% ROCE, funded partly by Warburg's Rs 960 Cr infusion for future asset creation. Demerger completion is expected in H1 CY2027. Management is confident in driving EBITDA margins to 50% by FY28 as renovation expenses taper and GST impact lessens.
