Dishman Carbogen Amcis's board meeting approved Q1 consolidated results showing a net loss of ₹57.88 Cr. Significantly, the company will now carry goodwill of ₹594.17 Cr at perpetuity. An abandoned QIP plan also led to a ₹1.69 Cr charge.
