This strategic move resolves significant litigation. Additionally, as part of an internal restructuring, the company divested its wholly-owned subsidiary Ishaan Solar (including SEI Tejas) for ₹3.93 Cr, along with its 0.064% equity in SILRES for ₹10 lakh, and the "SUNEDISON" trademarks for ₹1 Cr, streamlining its business focus.
