Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels reported Q1-FY27 operational revenue of INR 166.8 Cr, an 8.1% YoY increase. Operational EBITDA grew 3.3% YoY to INR 46.9 Cr, maintaining a 28.12% margin. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) dipped 14.2% YoY to INR 11.5 Cr, resulting in a diluted EPS of INR 0.54. The company maintained a strong 92% occupancy for its owned hotels, with room revenue contributing 48% and F&B 44% to total revenue.

Growth is driven by plans to expand to over 6,000 keys by FY30 via an asset-light, managed portfolio, focusing on the upper midscale segment. Scaling the Flurys retail F&B brand nationally and monetizing prime real estate assets are also key strategies.

Recent highlights include strong sales at the EM Bypass Kolkata residential project, which generated INR 21.3 Cr in Q1 collections (full-year expected INR 80 Cr). The company plans to add 472 new keys across Q2-Q4 FY27, and The Park Mumbai project is ready for launch.

Management sees healthy momentum, attributing it to industry-leading occupancy and robust apartment sales. They anticipate sustained growth from the hotel development pipeline and continued Flurys expansion.
