Solex Energy reported Q1 revenue of ₹265.63 Cr (+1.8% YoY) but PAT of ₹8.26 Cr (-66.6% YoY) due to seasonal softness and higher costs. Secured ₹845.84 Cr in new orders for H2 FY27 execution. An MoU for ₹4,000 Cr integrated manufacturing ecosystem is planned, with cell line commissioning by 2027.
