Gujarat State Financial Corporation — Important, 17-08-2026: Company Update

Gujarat State Financial Corporation has updated its Board of Directors. Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) nominated Shri Abhay Kumar Jain, Deputy General Manager of its Ahmedabad Branch, as a Director. He replaces Shri Dinesh Kumar, who has ceased to be a Director. Shri Jain brings 19 years of experience with SIDBI, having started as an Assistant Manager and held various roles, including Head of Branch Office. This change reflects an update in the company's governance and leadership. He is also a Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
