    UltraTech Cement Limited — Important, 17-08-2026: Updates

    UltraTech Cement reached 200 MTPA capacity, becoming the world's largest outside China. FY26 revenue grew 17% to Rs. 88,512 Cr; PAT 36% to Rs. 8,188 Cr. Q1FY27 sales rose 16% to Rs. 24,465 Cr. Board proposes a Rs. 240/share special dividend. Plans include new wires & cables business by Q3 FY27 and 240 MTPA capacity by FY28.
