Thyrocare's promoter, Docon Technologies, has released a pledge on 1.75 crore equity shares. This action reduces Docon's encumbered shareholding from 60.92% (9.70 crore shares) to 49.93% (7.95 crore shares) of Thyrocare's total equity. The pledge was against Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of API Holdings Limited.
