Danish Power achieved record annual revenue of ₹521.45 Cr and PAT of ₹68.98 Cr. Its order book exceeds ₹600 Cr, with ₹115 Cr from exports. Manufacturing capacity doubled to 11,000+ MVA (up to 245 kV) and BESS transformers introduced. The Board has approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme and a 20% dividend (₹2/share).
