    Muthoot Capital Services Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 18-08-2026: Issue of Securities

    Muthoot Capital is raising up to ₹100 Cr via private placement of 1 lakh Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). Each NCD has a face value of ₹10,000, offering 9.25% p.a. interest paid monthly. These NCDs mature in 36 months and will be listed on BSE.
