JMJ FINTECH has announced a board meeting where it proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.15/share for FY26. The board also approved a preferential issue of 7.9 lakh equity shares at Rs 20/share, aggregating to Rs 1.58 Cr, and appointed a new Independent Director.
