Kshitij Polyline is launching a ₹29.34 Cr rights issue at ₹3.17/share (2 for 5) to repay ₹22.53 Cr debt and for general corporate use. FY26 saw a strong turnaround from loss to a ₹3.55 Cr profit, boosted by a new manufacturing unit and higher sales. Promoters are not participating.
