RAJA BAHADUR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED:

Raja Bahadur International has announced its 100th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 17th September 2026, at 03:00 p.m. The meeting will take place via Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual Means, without physical presence of shareholders. Shareholders will receive the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 electronically. An e-voting facility will be available for shareholders to cast their votes remotely and during the meeting. Shareholders are encouraged to register or update their email IDs to receive communications and participate in e-voting.

JAI MATA GLASS LIMITED:

Jai Mata Glass's Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) has provided its assessment regarding an Open Offer by Mr. Ashwani Gulati, Ms. Kiran Gulati, and M/s Veerasha Trust. The acquirers propose to acquire up to 2.60 Crore equity shares, representing 26.00% of the company’s paid-up capital, at an offer price of INR 1.85 per share in cash. The IDC, comprising independent directors with no conflicts, concluded that the offer appears fair and reasonable. This offer was triggered after the acquirers previously bought 4.45 Crore shares for approximately INR 8.24 Crore. Shareholders are advised to make their own informed decisions.
