We hereby intimate your good office that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ( CIRP ) has been initiated in respect of Kalahridhaan Trendz Ltd ("Corporate Debtor"), under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("Code"), by an order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench ( NCLT ), dated August 14, 2026; order made ready and available on August 14, 2026 ("Order"), and accordingly Mr. Chirag Shah, having IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01169/2018-19/11837 has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional for the Corporate Debtor ( IRP ). A copy of the said Order is attached herein for your reference.
