EFC (I) Limited's board has approved the full acquisition of Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited, a key player in India's modular home solutions sector. This strategic move aims to significantly boost EFC's existing furniture manufacturing and Design & Build solutions. Ultrafresh, known for its modular kitchens and wardrobes, reported turnovers of Rs. 36.32 Cr, Rs. 32.49 Cr, and Rs. 31.20 Cr over the last three fiscal years. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 53.99 Cr for 100% stake, will be completed via a share swap, creating strong operational synergies and expanding EFC’s market presence.
