    Exide Industries Limited — Updates, 18-08-2026: General Updates

    Exide Industries invested ~Rs. 200 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions (EESL), to fund its Lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility. Total investment in EESL now reaches Rs. 5,102.23 Cr as EESL develops EV battery cells and packs.
