Denis Chem Lab has submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the notice for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held virtually. The company reported a 4.8% rise in revenue from operations to Rs. 181.72 Cr, with profit after tax increasing by 4.1% to Rs. 8.41 Cr. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share. Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of Dr. Himanshu Patel as Managing Director for three years, alongside the appointments of cost and secretarial auditors. Operationally, the company expanded its domestic market, focused on innovative containers, and grew its third-party manufacturing segment.
