BLS International's step-down subsidiary, iDATA DANISMANLIK VE HIZMET DIS TIC AS, has merged with another step-down subsidiary, BLS International Vize Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi, effective August 17, 2026. This move aims to align business synergies. The merging entity, BLS International Vize Hizmetleri, had a standalone revenue of ~INR 16.79 Cr as of March 31, 2026, while iDATA had ~INR 187.78 Cr. As an internal merger, there's no cash consideration or new share issuance. Importantly, BLS International Services' shareholding remains unchanged, so no dilution for investors.
