    Talwalkars' board meeting saw Mr. Arvind Bhanushali step down as MD but remain Non-Executive Director. His spouse, Ms. Meena Bhanushali, is now the new MD for five years. Mr. Kurjibhai Rupareliya also resigned as Executive Director.
