Non-promoter Ashik D Sanghvi HUF and a Person Acting in Concert have acquired 1.50 Crore equity shares of Viji Finance Limited. These shares were allotted through the conversion of warrants via a preferential issue. This transaction increased their combined shareholding in Viji Finance from 7.28% to 13.57%.
