CA-31033/1/2026-CA-PNG (55708) dated 12th August, 2026 received from the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, being the Administrative Ministry, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 18th August, 2026 has, inter-alia, considered and approved the followingAppointment of CA Vivek Mittal (DIN: 07616604) as an Additional Non-Executive Director in the designation of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect upto the date of the next General Meeting (subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).
