    Wheels India Limited — Board Meeting, 19-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Wheels India's board approved raising ₹180 Cr via a preferential issue of 1,269,391 shares at ₹1418 each. They also plan to seek shareholder nod to boost the overall fundraising limit from ₹400 Cr to ₹450 Cr. An EGM for this is slated for Sep 17.
