Adani Energy Solutions Limited — Credit Ratings, 19-08-2026: Credit Rating- New

Adani Energy Solutions' credit ratings were largely affirmed by India Ratings and Research. The Long-Term Issuer Rating, NCDs (Rs 1,400 Cr), and existing bank facilities (Rs 6,150 Cr) were reaffirmed at IND AA+/Stable. Commercial Paper (Rs 1,000 Cr) also saw an IND A1+ reaffirmation. A new bank facility of Rs 5,000 Cr was assigned INR AA+/Stable. The stable outlook reflects the company's consistent credit profile.
