Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd's step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited, has incorporated Wind Earth Private Limited (WEPL), a new company focused on renewable power. EIEL will hold a 51% stake in WEPL, authorized with a capital of ₹0.05 Cr. This strategic move signals EIEL's expansion into the green energy sector, including generating and distributing electricity from wind, hydro, biogas, and waste gasification. WEPL will also develop wind parks, diversifying the company's operational portfolio towards sustainable and non-conventional energy sources.
