Regency Fincorp Limited, an NBFC, has successfully raised Rs. 110 crore through two private placements of Secured, Rated and Listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This capital infusion comprises a Rs. 60 crore issuance at 13.50% annual coupon for 15 months and a Rs. 50 crore issuance at 13% annual coupon for 36 months. This strategic fundraising aims to significantly strengthen the company's funding base and enhance its financial flexibility. The funds will support Regency Fincorp's continued growth plans, particularly in expanding credit access for MSMEs, retail customers, and emerging businesses, while maintaining disciplined risk management.
